3A is a FinTech start-up born in Hong Kong with the ambition to enter new markets in Asia-Pacific, Europe and the Americas. Our rapidly growing multi-cultural team is looking for a digital marketing manager to help build our online brand awareness and presence, develop digital marketing campaigns and engagement programs to generate leads.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to build brand awareness and grow online presence by managing and executing digital marketing and communications programmes, such as SEO, social media, content marketing and e-marketing campaign management
• Monitor online conversations and participate to build brand visibility and thought leadership
• Build, maintain and distribute content on social media and digital channels to drive growth
• Develop digital engagement programs for effective lead generation and customer relationship management and to track the effectiveness of the programs
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to effectively formulate and deploy contents
• Write, edit or review contents to ensure a high quality of message delivery
  
  

Key Skills and Experience

• Degree holder in Communications, Media, Marketing or relevant disciplines
• 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing
• Highly analytical, growth & performance marketer
• Strong digital and social marketing credentials
• Deep experience in SEM, SEO, social media and e-marketing
• Experience in measurement tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
• Creative and business-minded with excellent project management skills
• Chinese (Mandarin, Cantonese) speaking and writing ability would be an advantage
