Job Location    
Tsim Sha Tsui East, Kowloon, Hong Kong

Languages    
Minimum oral and written proficiency in English & Mandarin, other languages are welcome

Education    
At least F.7 or higher education in commercial studies

Working  Experience  
Minimum of 1-2 years relevant working experience in trading and manufacturing industries, knowledge in administration, accounting principles, and shipping practice

Requirements 

• Experience in administration duties is an advantage
• Knowledge in accounting principle is preferred
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Self initiatives, proactive, and a good team player
• Able to manage changes and willing to take challenges
• Strong self-discipline, independence, honest and loyal
• Capable to work under pressure and meeting deadlines
• Knowledge in Excel, Powerpoint, and Word

Job duties 

• Administration duties such as office control in stationary ordering, office equipment maintenance, staff attendance record...etc
• Scheduling internal QC and shipment record input
• Accounts payable and expenses report preparation
