Job Description
We are looking for a high caliber professional to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support in regular invoicing process;
- Perform general administration work;
- Coordinate meeting schedules;
- Responsible for accurate data entries;
- Prepare business correspondence, letters and reports for internal use and external clients;
- Other ad hoc project assignments;
Requirements:
- Form 7 or above;
- 0-2 years working experiences in administration role; Fresh graduate is also welcome;
- Good command of written and verbal English;
- Well-organized, detail-oriented and flexible;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proficient in MS Office like MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook;
- Knowledge of Japanese (JPLT Level 3 or above) is an advantage.
