Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic digital and loyalty campaigns to build customer affinity and sales opportunity
  • Integrate digital communication with other marketing communication platforms with CRM
  • Head the design and deployment of a loyalty solution of eMarketing, Customer Engagement and related data capture for the hotel’s dining program 
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, progress report and related workflow documentations. Coordinate and consolidate business unit feedback and comments for review and improvement
  • Manage the eMarketing related tactics of the loyalty program with business sense to drive consumption of the program and sales for hotels 
  • Close monitoring and bench-marketing of project deliverables and work with internal teams, third party vendors and partners to deliver results 
  • Resource and budget planning 
  • Consistently explore and experiment new online/ digital/ social media platforms to capture the newest trend of online consumer behaviour
  • Report on industrial best practices to formulate or be fluid in strategies 
  • Analyse post-project / campaign findings for continuous upgrading

 

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines; 
  • At least 5 years’ experience in CRM, digital marketing, data analysis or e-commerce 
  • Good account management skillset for client relationship retention, contract renewal, service scope up-and-cross selling, partnership negotiations
  • Solid working knowledge on digital marketing especially on email marketing 
  • Strong interpersonal skill and coordination, organisational skills 
  • Ability to simultaneously prioritise and multi-task projects 
  • CRM, digital, technology-savvy and willing to work under pressure and tight timeline 
  • English and Chinese copywriting skills
