Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth research and data analysis on property field
• Assist in marketing and research project 
  
• Responsible for maintenance of the database
• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma Holder or Degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics or Research
• 1-2 years of working experience is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office especially in Excel & Chinese word processing
• Knowledge for research tools
• Immediate available is highly preferred
