  • Develop sales budget and forecast for annual planning and performance evaluations.
  • Conduct forecasting reviews with customer and manage the Forecasting Portal for Palladium AP.
  • Assist in enquiries on financial numbers as well as preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Manage and negotiate product distribution and licensing agreements including commercial terms for new and existing markets.
  • Assist customer in identifying business strategy and growth opportunities in each market to ensure achievement on committed objectives.
  • Facilitate customer in the implementation of AP marketing programs in consistent with brand priorities to increase brand awareness and market share.
  • Routine market visits to ensure retail presentation and local execution are consistent with brand strategy.
  • Monitor customer in everyday operation and communicate on inquiries related with all aspects of business related with product, marketing and sales.
  • Identifying potential Distributor and/or Licensee for new markets within the responsible AP territories.
  • Review and analyze the business scale and capability of potential candidates.
  • All other assignment/assessment report requested from time to time.


Requirements

  • Bachelor degree holder or above.
  • At least TEN years of working experience, FIVE years in regional position.
  • Proficiency in English, excellence communication and presentation skills.
  • Solid experience to develop marketing plan/data analysis.
  • Good negotiation skills, sound knowledge of distributor/wholesale business model.
  • Good in strategic planning and able to execute it.
  • Good leadership
