Responsibilities:

• Assist to formulate and implement effective brand building strategies and public affairs initiatives to boost local & overseas awareness of the Corporation and its key programmes
• Work closely with incubatees and companies in Hong Kong Science Park (“HKSP”) to promote their innovations and leverage on their inventions to raise the overall profile of HKSP and the Corporation
• Develop and maintain a quality PR agency pool to support the PR needs of incubatees & park companies
• Coordinate with external agencies to effectively analyze and manage public perception of the Corporation
• Identify and anticipate potential crisis (stakeholder, societal, regulatory and policy-related) and effectively manage them
• Build and maintain good relationship with media and key stakeholders
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor or the management

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Communications, Translation, business or other related disciplines
• Minimum 6 years of relevant working experience in communications, preferably gained in MNC / sizable technology companies
• Proven track record to organize large-scaled publicity programmes & campaign
• Regional exposure and some network with overseas media will be a definite advantage
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, communications and problem solving skills
• Excellent proficiency in both verbal and written English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Putonghua
• Proactive, enthusiastic, dynamic, passionate in I&T development, team player
