Responsibilities:

• To lead and work closely with the team to initiate, plan and implement marketing communications and the yearly calendar, both online and offline, and inclusive of social media, eDM, website and print collaterals.   As well as working with media agency in seasonal media plan. In order to create awareness of Harvey Nichols as a brand, and other products and services;
• To be responsible in initiating, planning and organizing instore or offsite customers events to drive traffic and sales;
• To lead the team to initiate, plan and implement all tactical promotions, inclusive of partnership program, to help drive traffic and sales to the company. To also establish new partnership idea, network;
• To work closely with internal and external parties to ensure smooth operation of all marketing programs;
• To lead the team to plan and implement all programs within the approved budget with excellence and creativity.

Requirements:

• University graduate in Marketing , Media or business related discipline;
• At least 3 years of solid experience in marketing fields;
• Have experience and track record in fashion and retail industry is a definite advantage;
• Proactive, self-motivated, attention to details and result oriented;
• Strong project, time management and communication skills;
• Professional and personal engagement in social media (Facebook, Weibo, Youtube, Forum etc);
• Confident in working under tight deadlines and on multiple projects simultaneously;
• Good command in spoken and written English as well as Chinese.
