Responsibilities:

• Report to e-Commerce Manager, formulate sales and marketing strategies and lead the marketing team to execute marketing programs to achieve KPIs of sales, active members, active customers and traffic;
• Manage and work closely with different parties in delivering frequent marketing campaigns in tight schedule.  Channels including in-store promotion, social marketing, digital marketing, media buying, promotional campaigns, eDM and CRM programs.
• Strong networking skill to initiate and steer joint promotion activities with external parties;
• Extraordinary capability in data analytic, budgeting and reporting.

 Requirements:

• Degree holder in related disciplines;
• Minimum 5 years’ experience  in e-Commerce marketing, branding, social media marketing, digital marketing & CRM;
• Experience in digital marketing planning, including SEM, SEO and programmatic and planning;
• Proficiency in Microsoft application, especially data analysis by Excel;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Skilled at multi-tasking and able to work in a fast pace environment;
• Excellent interpersonal and management skills;
• Be Independent, initiative, creative and result-oriented.
