ROLE OBJECTIVE

The successful incumbent will learn the different tools of the market research trade via a combination of on-the-job training and formal training. He/She will be supporting the research team in designing questionnaires, extraction and analysis of data, quality control checking, preparation and presentation of meaningful data and charts to clients

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Project management which encompasses but does not limit to coordinating, monitoring & ensuring adherence of research plans throughout the research process
• Quality checking, data analysis, charting and drafting commentary from research findings
• Assist research managers in generating quality deliverables to clients in a timely and efficient manner

CORE REQUIREMENTS

• Passionate in the market research industry
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese/Cantonese. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage
• Strong in identifying and analyze problems constructively, think clearly under pressure and demonstrate good inter-personal skills
• Degree holder (preferably majoring in Statistics, Psychology, Sociology or Marketing)
• At least 2 years working experience in the Market Research industry
• Strong PC skills (Excel, PPT)
• Possess strong organizational, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
• Pro-active and results oriented
• A team player with a strong commitment to deadlines
• Enjoy working with people across different industries

Candidates with less experience may be considered for the post of Research Executive
