Job Description

• Facilitate the head of department to initiate new sponsors and donors to support the programmes and activities of Operation Smile to achieve KPI;
• Formulate marketing strategy in social media platforms, cross-promotional and fundraising events.
• To manage donors’ participation to our medical missions and fundraising events in formats of roadshows, banquets, outing and leisure events, etc.  in China;
• Able to develop solid, long-term professional relationships with supporters, donors, prospects and key partners in Hong Kong and China;
• Prepare sponsorship proposals, funding applications or any other relevant materials required;
• Prepare and produce various corporate communication materials including speeches, publications, and web/social media contents promotional materials for public awareness, education and fundraising purposes;
• To manage partnership projects with the business and social service sectors;
• Responsible for maintaining and updating donor database;
• Compile and write regular post-event reports;
• Undertake any other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• University graduate in Business Administration / Communications or related disciplines with at least 4 years of solid working experience;
• Good communication and presentation skills, detail oriented and well organized;
• Innovative and creative thinker, self-motivated, good team player, able to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines;
• Experience in serving corporate donors would be a merit;Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Willing to work overtime & outside normal office hours;
• Proficiency in PC knowledge such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
• Intensive travelling will be required.
