Position

• Gather market information and conduct background research to facilitate effective event planning
• Develop creative event idea and collaboration proposal
• Pitch and present creative proposal to potential parties including brands, artists etc.
• Plan activities and project operations (productions & logistics)
• Improve member and guest satisfaction with our services consistently
• Communicate with the team, the in-house designers, and contractor/vendor
• Provide recommendations and solutions for marketing with special requirements or promotions
• Coordinate event marketing, advertising and promotional campaigns and activities if necessary
• Allocate, manage and control the budget with an objective to maximize event effectiveness
• Handle any ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements

• Degree holder preferrably in Marketing or Communication
• Minimum 3 years of experience in event marketing, include promotion planning and execution (agency experience is an advantage)
• Good communication and presentation skills is needed, good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Resourceful connections with events-related partners and service vendors such as potential partners, event organisers, production companies and contractors etc
• Strong sense of responsibility, a good team player, self-initiative & motivated
• Immediate available is preferable
