• Full P/L responsibilities

The Role:

• Strategize, develop, monitor, and control brand plans and marketing and PR activities in Hong Kong
• Set KPI and lead and develop a marketing team to achieve business and brand objectives via various channels
• Partner closely with sales and business planning team to work out the most effective and innovative brand activation plans
• Work with Logistics and Sales team on inventory, forecasting, and supply chain review
• Liaise with regional and global counterparts to ensure consistency in marketing strategies and plans
• Present and participate in management and business reviews

The Person:

• Degree holder with Business with 10+ years marketing and sales experience in FMCG, Luxury or Lifestyle product and brand management
• Good understanding of marketing via trade, with excellent successful marketing track record, exposure in managing large brands
• Strong numerical skills, sophisticated presentation and negotiation skills
• An outgoing and mature personality
• Fluent in English, Cantonese & Putonghua
