Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for timely and successful delivery of projects through strong project management, to ensure client deliverable are consistent with the business strategy
• Business development with potential clients; Manage the whole project cycle and monitor budget; Monitor and evaluate performance of vendors; Report to Senior Management on business performance.
• Collaborate with different parties to negotiate on various project aspects such as project quality, timeline and budgets
• In charge of the implementation of business measurement, operational guideline or strategies, and support management reporting through coordination and communication between business units
• Lead the team to formulate and execute effective promotional campaigns to engage existing and acquire a new customer
• Branding and marketing events, including open house event, VIP cocktail, festive campaigns…etc
• Media relations management
• hands on, go in to details on event logistics and arrangement
• marketing materials for the corporate website and brochure

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
• Degree / Diploma holder or relevant discipline
• Excellent command in written and spoken English / Chinese / Mandarin
• Professional communication skills
• Must have an outgoing, engaging and friendly demeanor-smiles required
• A good team player with outgoing personality and interpersonal skills
• Good sense of responsibility, and able to work in the independent environment
• Good MS office(Word, Excel & PowerPoint) skill
