Two – year renewable contract

Responsibilities:

• To assist in events, special campaigns and other membership-driven initiatives;
• To facilitate the production of marketing materials including brochures and souvenirs;
• To handle and follow up on membership-related enquiries;
• To proactively meet with potential and current members to promote the Chamber as well as fostering relationship;
• To carry out clerical and resources management functions including database maintenance, data mining and data entry;
• To support overall administrative work of Membership Division including following up recruitments and renewals proactively by phone calls, emails, etc.;
• To support Receptionist duties occasionally;
• To work and coordinate with other divisions in the Chamber, and perform other duties as required by the supervisors, where necessary. 

Requirements:

• University graduate with 2 years or above working experience in marketing, hospitality or other relevant fields.  Candidate with less experience will be considered as trainee;
• Good spoken/written English, Cantonese and Putonghua is a MUST;
• Good communications, organization and interpersonal skills; and be flexible, able to work under pressure, meticulous, a team player and highly customer-oriented with good initiatives and common sense.
