Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Promoting the E-Commerce to trade fair buyers;
- Soliciting buyers’ enquiries;
- Operating the customer service counters;
- Conducting survey with trade fair visitors;
- Managing service counters or queue areas;
- Inputting data;
- Distributing product magazines;
Requirements:
- Good command in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua;
- Display adaptability and flexibility, strong initiative, and a sense of urgency;
- Presentable, courteous, outgoing, self-motivated and able to work under pressure;
- Show a high degree of problem solving, personal organization, and customer service skills.
- College or above
