Our client, a leading international luxury fashion brand is currently looking for a Regional Media Manager to join their marketing team in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

• Define media strategy proposal to global team to best maximize campaign influence and ROI.
• Assistance to the media contract negotiation and execution 
• To drive brand awareness and recruit new fans for existing brand-owned platforms, together with the new battlefields
• Work closely with global team to set annual/project media strategy directions across all APAC regions for all channels – print, outdoor, digital adv, search engine, etc. 
• Explore new media opportunities with strong local insights to enhance brand exposure and reinforce brand fashion statement  
• Set full metrics for integrated projects, campaigns, online activities and ensure the achievement of KPIs by effectively monitor outputs 
• Manage all implementation request support to global team 
• Optimize and maximize media campaign ROI based on strong negotiation skills to get competitive prices and added value to brand 
• Work with other APAC teams to generate the consolidated media supporting to key corporate or product projects 
• Work with PR team to maximize the returning of media investment to benefit editorial coverage 
• Competitor information sharing & comparison  

Requirements:

• University Degree in Communications Management or related discipline 
• A minimum of 8 years PR and advertising relevant experience of which 2 years at managerial level, preferable in retail industry 
• Good interpersonal and communication skills 
• Mature, self-motivated, detail-minded and result oriented 
• Excellent command in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
