Our client is a well established and market-segment leading online retailer in Hong Kong. They are now looking for someone who is passionate about content creation to join their expanding team.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Attend relevant events to capture the essence of the day before crafting & sharing captivating content for existing and new customers to enjoy
• Plan & Execute EDMs, Social media posts and other online channels to deliver consistent messages to customers;
• Create captivating, relevant and on topic content on a regular basis;
• Constantly scour the market for inspiring stories or relevant materials for followers;
• Review and adjust promotion campaigns for maximum value based on online data analytic results.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of digital content creation
• Ability to work alone as well as part of the team
• Creative & Original. Plus the ability to understand & identify what would interest the audience
• Strong written and oral communicator in Cantonese and English
• Good knowledge and understanding of data analytics and how to best make use of them
• Experience in videography and other medias a plus
• Passionate about pets & other animals a plus
