Job Duties:

• Drive revenue from list of targeted accounts and maintain a robust sales pipeline
• Create and execute strategic account plans
• Develop and present professional sales presentations and proposals
• Maintain and develop relationship with clients
• Identify new business opportunities with clients, including sponsorship, joint promotion and product placement
• Coordinate between internal parties and clients to ensure the project is completed
• Oversee the end to end sales processes for the project and strategically negotiate deal terms and conditions

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Marketing / Advertising / Business or related disciplines
• With 4-5 years media sales experience, preferably digital media platform
• Understanding of new media production and trends
• Interested in the entertainment business (prior experience in entertainment industry is an advantage)
• History working in a start-up like environment is a plus
• Able to work under pressure independently with ability to complete tasks within tight deadlines
• Extremely self-motivated, attention to details and desire to deliver results
• Outgoing personality, energetic and good interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and oral communication in Chinese and English, including formal presentation skills
