Job Duties:

• Assist doctors in consultation;
• Assist in arranging hospitalization if necessary;
• Conduct health check and clinical procedures;
• Take on other assignments as required
• Handle injection and complaints & servicing issues;
• Follow-up medical reports;
• Handle telephone enquiries and medical appointments;
• Assist in coaching HealthCare Assistants;

Requirements & Attributes:

• HKDSE / HKCEE or above with 5 passes, including Chinese and English;
• 5 years’ or above experience gained in sizeable medical centres;
• Experience in assisting different specialties is highly preferred;
• Holder of valid Practicing Certificate (Nursing Board of Hong Kong) (RN/EN);
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Responsible, well-organised, self-motivated and good interpersonal &communication skills;
• Basic I.T. knowledge with proficiency in MS Office applications
