Job description:

Ø   Schedules and coordinates patients’ appointments with accurate patients’ information

Ø   Gathers data relevant to the patients for registration, diagnosis, medication and insurance

Ø   Communicates with patient and knows their needs or concerns, and documents all patients’ information to ensure their needs or concerns are met.

Ø   Verifies patients’ status while interviewing them, such as is s/he an active patient, last date seen and any other information that is needed from other clinic/centre to assist in patients

Ø   Follows up with patients for their re-visit, if any

Ø   Answers patients’ inquiry and handles complaints

Ø   Maintains professional conduct and confidentiality in the care of patients

Job Requirements:

Ø   Degree holder in medical / nursing training is preferred, or other related disciplines

Ø   At least 3 years’ or above experience working in imaging centre or medical centre

Ø   Knowledge of "Medex" system will be an advantage

Ø   Solid experience in crisis intervention and conflict resolution

Ø   Excellent problem solving and communication skills

Ø   Self-motivated, well-organized and responsible

Ø   Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin)

Ø   Immediate available is highly preferred
