Eminent Capital Partners Limited is now expanding the team to work on a brand new project to develop a new class of true point-of-care diagnostic detection test systems, utilizing fast fluorescence polarization technology to diagnose and detect DNA/DNA, DNA/RNA, and protein/antibody interactions. The project is expected to run 18 to 24 months (contracts may be extended for follow on R&D). Successful recruits will be working closely with professors from various universities worldwide, as well as a leading laser optic expert who has numerous inventions and registered patents and is also serving as a senior advisor to Microsoft.

Requirements:

-       Candidate shall possess working knowledge and experience in and will be working on

o      Nucleic acid biology,

o      Gene cloning and construction, and

o      Recombinant protein expression

-       Know-how in protein purification and handling techniques highly desirable

-       Strong background in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry

o      B.Sc. with 3+ years of experience  in relevant fields, or

o      M.Sc./M.Phil. with 2 years of experience in relevant fields

-       A good team player but also able to work independently

-       Good command in English
