Reports to: Medical Network Development Manager

Role and Responsibilities

This position is for a dynamic individual who will:

• Expand Doc Net’s panel network through effective promotion of our unique service offerings to doctors and providers in private practice
• Identify and recruit new providers, initiate action plans and strategies to achieve organizational targets effectively
• Coordinate the entire contracting process with doctors, including prospecting, negotiation, credentialing and orientation
• Promote the use of our digital health platform through orientations and ongoing communications with doctors
• Educate providers on our doctor’s portal, policies and procedures
• Build deep understanding of the accounts’ needs and engage stakeholders effectively to achieve common goals satisfactorily
• Provide exceptional relationship management and customer service to our doctor network through timely communications, clinic visits and handling of provider issues in a professional manner
• Communicate with other operational departments as necessary to ensure seamless support and services
• Maintain a pulse on industry trends, including research, review, and consideration of innovative network development and management models
• Other duties/projects as assigned

Requirements

• Functional experience: prior exposure (in medical sales and/ or network development in a medical group and/ or other healthcare settings) preferred but not a must. This role welcomes young people with fresh minds but requires self-motivation and steep learning curve
• Education: Bachelors degree
• Technology experience: Proficiency in excel, CRM and database management a plus
• Team player with sportsmanship and determination to win; prior commitment in sports team a plus
• Passionate about medical field and target driven
• Enjoy meeting people and building relationships
• Good communications and interpersonal skills
• A strong dedication and desire to thrive to succeed in a start-up environment
• Enthusiastic professional with relevant proven track records in sales and business development a plus. Remuneration will be commensurate with experience.
