Job Description
My client is a leading biotechnology company in Asia providing genomics test service in oncology. They are currently looking for the following key position for the business growth.
Responsibilities:
- To be responsible for the Group’s business development in the whole Asian region for long term revenue and market share growth
- To formulate and implement business development strategies for expanding the Group’s diagnostic services in Asian countries
- To formulate and execute business development programs to achieve the targeted growth
- To build and enhance business relationship with new and existing clients to build solid customer base including doctors, medical groups, pharmaceutical companies and other business partners
- To initiate strategic, technology or business collaboration projects with Asian healthcare and/or medical groups, pharmaceutical companies
- To build and lead a team of business development professionals in cancer genomics diagnosis
- To organize and promote business development and marketing programs and events in the whole Asian region
Requirements:
- 10 years working experiences with at least 5 years in either life-science, biotechnology, molecular tests, cancer genomics, diagnostics, medical or pharmaceutical related sectors
- Degree holders in Biomedical Science, Medicine, business, marketing or related disciplines
- Previous experience in business development and/or project management in a global company with relevant background an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and lead a team of business development professionals in various Asian countries
- Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Good command with MS Office applications
