Requirements

• Grow business through product marketing selling; establish and maintain regular contact with key stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with government and private institutions, key associations, retailers and distributor.
• Analyze market data and performance activities to identify areas for sales/profitability improvement and business development.
• Ensure all complaints are reported and investigation results are communicated to distributors/customers.
• Keep up to date with competitive market activities through maintaining a competitor database and providing market intelligence and strategy recommendation to business leader.
• Participate in projects as requested by Business Leader from time to time.
• Constantly put in efforts to improve selling skills, product & clinical knowledge, competitor knowledge and industry trends. Activities will be reviewed in annual development plan.
• Accountable for selling expenses related to area of responsibility

Requirements

• With a Degree in a science/medical related discipline( e.g bio-medical, bio-science, life-science, bio-engineering) is an advantage
• Candidates have minimum 2 years related experience in a medical industry (with HA and Private Hospitals/Clinic exposure preferred) is preferred, fresh graduates will be considered 
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Senior Positions will be considered for more technical product line
