JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Responsible for assisting the Buying team in the development and execution of merchandise assortment and buying plans for achieving the sales & profit targets based on the seasonal business plan
2. Understand retail environment, suggest relevant assortment and allocation plan based on distribution strategy.
3. Monitor of sell thru and suggest quick response solution for stock transfer, replenishment, etc
4. Arrange seasonal product training material and market research analysis
5. To provide all co-ordination and product management administration for the team
6. Liaise with vendors on shipment, pricing and purchase ordering issues
7. Manage buying team’s operation on e-commerce project

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree holder in Fashion & Textiles or business discipline
• With 5 years of experience in buying and merchandising, preferably in the fashion industry
• Attention to detail with high level of accuracy
• Hands on analytical skills in MS Excel and ERP systems
• Experience on e-commerce project will be an advantage
• Frequent travel to China
