Job Summary

 The incumbent of this position is to report to our CEO to carry out daily food purchase work

 Main Job Duties

• In charge of food purchase for our chain restaurants
• Report to CEO and to deal with work related to food purchase
• Provide related budget
• Other duties as assigned by CEO in relation to the position

Requirements

• Secondary education or above
• Minimum 2 years’ related experience in food industry
• Work experience in restaurant chain a definite advantage
• Good communication in Cantonese and English
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Strong skill set in data processing statistical analysis and experience in performing all data processing an analytical for product pricing
• Excellence skill set in Excel and experience in formulating analytical system for market research
• Ability to work as a team

We offer:

12 months salary

5.5 working days

Working hours 10am-7pm
