About Our Client (Electronics manufacturing & trading company) & Job Description
Our client, one of the Electronics manufacturing & trading Companies,is now looking for a Customer Support Officer to join their Team. The job duties are as follows:
- Responsible for order processing, replenishment and sales orders follow up.
- Co-ordination with customers and internal parties for delivery arrangement.
- Prepare related documents and reports to management
Requirements
- Degree holder
- Around 3 years related exp. in trading company preferred
- Relevant customer services experiences in International Freight Forwarding / Logistics Industry is an advantage
- Good command of written and spoken Japanese, English and Mandarin
- Knowledge in SAP system is preferable
- Proficient in computer knowledge, such as MS Word, Excel and Email
