Job Description
Our client is a US sizable company with good benefits is urgently looking for the following positions
Position : Inventory Control & Procurement Officer - MNC (Top Urgent) 5 Days
Salary : 16-18k /Negotiable
Requirements :
- Degree holder in Purchasing and Supply, Inventory Control or related disciplines
- At least 2-3 yrs purchasing and inventory control experience
- Exposure to the fast food chain industry preferred
- Good command of spoken & written English
- Familiar with Ms Office applications and Chinese Window
- Good interpersonal, communication, presentation, customer-oriented
- Strong numerical sense is needed
- Immediate Available is highly preferable
Responsibilities:
- Analyse historical consumption data to come up with forecast projections
- Order placement to local and overseas suppliers
- Inventory control by set up optimal safety stock level/decide replenishment cycle / monitor shelf life exposure risk of products
- Align with customers, vendors and suppliers for an efficient product supply pattern, both within cost restrains and consistent with vendor's lead time
- Respond to special request from customers, changes or unexpected disturbance in product supply or contingent situation such as delay of vessels, unexpected fluctuation in sales, strikes or stock recovery
- Take part in regular physical inventory control together with Warehouse and Finance Teams to ensure stock accuracy
- Arrange clearance to leftover premiums , food and paper products after sales promotions
- Monitor the performance of vendors and suppliers
- Be responsible for inbound inventory supply and monitor inventory level in HK warehouses
- Maintain internal contacts with supervisors and staff of the Center, Transportation, Customer Service and Finance and Accounting Team
- Liaise with the customers for improving service level
- Maintain external contacts with vendor, suppliers and customers' supply chain team
