Responsibilities:

• Follow up on incoming sales orders, quotations and administrative document;
• Liaise with vendors and internal departments for order commitment and manage order status;
• Input and administrate sales/purchase orders to centralized ERP system;

Requirement:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in merchandising, and must have prior working experience in toys field;
• Ability to independently handle major US retailers account;
• Form 7 or above education;
• Computer literacy with ERP experience is preferred;
• Good command of written and spoken English, able to speak Mandarin;
• Proactive, good communication skills with suppliers and inter-departments
