Requirement:

• Form 5 or above
• 5-10 years or above experience in related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel with knowledge of ERP is preferred.
• Possess good analytical problems solving abilities planning & project management skills as well as negotiation skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and fluent in Mandarin.
• Willing to work overtime (if necessary)
• Good typing skill in Chinese and English is a must
• Independent, proactive and strong in communication skills
• Well-organized, positive and responsible
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as shipping officer

Scope of work:

• Handle full set of shipping documents, customs declaration & bank documents (L/C & D/P) independently (Good knowledge for CY/LCL/consolidation & air shipment)
• Arrange Import/Export logistics flow, including procurement and shipment follow up closely
• Manage each shipment delivery from factories to customer to ensure all required steps are done and goods are delivered in a timely and cost-effective manner
• Maintain shipping records for all shipments
• Handling inquiry of buyers for shipments and order tracking
• Liaise with suppliers, carriers and vendors & check all applicable documentation is in place and fully compliance for Import/Export
• Liaise with internal and external parties for delivery issues and logistics administration
