Requirements
- F.5 / DSE / IVE Graduates or equivalent
- Min. 1 year relevant job experience is preferred
- Excellent attention to details
- Good in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self motivated, independent, willing to learn
- Immediate available is highly preferred
- Knowledge of shipping regulations and shipping terms with related certificates preferred
Responsibilities
- To provide general clerical support
- To sort & organize paperwork
- To input data into our ERP / Database Systems
- To perform regular back-up
- To organize & handle any tasks as assigned by department head
