RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Responsible for equipment sourcing & purchasing (e.g. prepare purchase orders, follow up quotations)
• Prepare budget forecast/account payable & project cost monitoring
• Follow up & liaise with suppliers & project team to ensure project deliverable fit project schedule & site condition
• Responsible for deliverable logistics arrangement
• Register for product warranty & follow up maintenance issues
• Work closely with project team to ensure project deliverable fits project schedule & site condition
• Monitor stock level of tooling and equipment are up to project needs

REQUIREMENTS 

• High diploma or above
• 2-4 years' working experience, with prior experience in procurement and warehousing will be a plus
• Good communication in both English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Diligent, punctual, willing to learn & willing to work under pressure

*Candidate with more experience will be considered as Procurement Officer.
