• Minimum 12 years' merchandising experience in the relevant items, of which 4 years at the same level
• Strong in product development for ladies' woven high fashion
• Experienced in dealing with US buyers
• Experienced in handling premium brands is definitely an advantage
• Garment trading background is preferable
• Good command of spoken & written English and able to communicate in Mandarin
• Good communication, planning, analytical and leadership skills
• Mature, responsible, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Willing to travel
