Requirements:

• Degree holder or above
• Minimum 10 years relevant experience in which with minimum 3 years in managerial capacity; possess good understanding of European market requirements and trends and intensive experience in working directly with factories.
• Strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal, presentation and project management skills. Proven coaching and leadership skills are required.
• Strong sourcing network and knowledge in home improvement product, definite advantageous to kitchen, storage & decorative categories, but strong in all these categories is not essential
• Work well under pressure and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent, both written and verbally, in English & Mandarin, plus Cantonese.
• Frequent travel is required.
