Responsibility

The job duty is to liaise closely with our overseas offices, suppliers/factories in the Far East Region on merchandising projects by doing the followings:

• Liaising with suppliers to ensure they fully understand Brand Addition’s requirements on factory and product compliances.  
• Orders follow up / factory visits
• Preparing full sets of shipping document and Import / Export Declaration
• Preparing samples to clients / suppliers
• Clerical supports

Requirements

• Form 7 or above in any discipline with 2 years relevant experience, preferably in gift & premium  field.  
• Experienced in dealing with Mainland China factories
• Knowledgeable on product International Standards are preferable
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Well organized, and self-starter
• Willing to travel
• Strong computer literate
• Be a good team player but can also work independently
