- To work and liaise with factories, internal supporting departments (Creative, Engineering and Compliance, Finance, Shipping) and customers for order management – full responsibility from start to finish – including preproduction sampling, overlooking audits/testing, production/shipment planning, quality control review, and final delivery
- To play a supporting role in Sales related activities – project sampling, sourcing and product development
- To execute the above following Zeeva’s standard operating procedures and workflows
Job Specification
- Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline
- 2 years working experience specifically in Merchandising roles
- Experience in consumer electronic products / electronic toys is preferred but not a must
- All round innovative individual with goo problem solving skills
- Responsible, committed and trustworthy individual;
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin is required
- Proficient in MS office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook)
- Immediate availability or short notice is preferred
- Travel to China when required
