Responsibilities:

• Provide full range support of operations between stores to office including smooth flow of stocks to stores and consignment points, arranging regular stock-takes of each store.
• Follow up of purchase orders to final shipment to ensure all merchandising activities are carried out promptly and effectively;
• POS maintenance and data management
• Assist in stock movement, responsible for inventory control and forecast.
• Update and maintain retail operations policy and procedure manual for stores
• Prepare report on sales analysis and/or operational issues to top management.
• Handle customer complaints and be proactive in investigating and following up with customers.
• Participate in ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• 2-3 years’ experience in retail/jewelry or fashion industry will be an advantage
• Good command of MS office especially Excel, with knowledge of POS/Oracle/RMS is an advantage
• Good command of English & Chinese with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good knowledge on POS operation and prefer implementation experience
• Strong sense of responsibility, detail oriented, independent, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
• Immediate available is preferred
