Job Description
Job Duties:
- Prepare various detailed sourcing & purchasing performance reports and provide administrative support to the Sourcing Manager
- Business Review Report
- KPI Report
- Annual supplier evaluation report
- Assist all aspects of daily sourcing operation
- Handle RFQ
- Prepare samples for suppliers
- Request and update quotation
- Prepare RFQ summary for Sourcing Manager
- Prepare and update cost saving report
- Assist in sourcing and evaluate new potential suppliers
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirement:
- Degree/higher diploma holder in Fashion & Textile or other related discipline
- With 1-3 years working experience in buying and merchandising, preferable in the garment industry
- Well interpersonal skills with corporation mindset
- Strong analytical sense and able to work under pressure
- Good competence in Excel is a MUST
- Organized and proactive way of working
