Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support and data entry for the department
• Prepare reports and ensure the data are accurate
• Work closely with Merchandising team on daily routine tasks
• Able to work at least 3 days per week
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the manager

Particular Skills/knowledge required

• Undergraduate / associate degree or higher diploma in any discipline
• Good personality, responsible, detail-minded, able to work under pressure
• Strong computer knowledge in MS Word and Excel (e.g. Pivot Table, vlookup)
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Able to work in a dynamic, multi-task and fast paced environment
