Planner Assistant (watch & jewelry)

Jobs Description:

• Handle purchasing and order processing, both products and components; 
• Monitor suppliers’ production status;
• Coordinate with suppliers, internal departments and warehouse to ensure on-time delivery;
• Maintain the accuracy of the supply chain system, including purchase orders and all related incoming & outgoing documents;
• Manage and keep track of warehouse inventory level and suppliers’ stock list, with regular update;
• Support supply planning and replenishment; 
• Prepare weekly reports;
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as needed.

Requirements:

• 2 years of solid experience in supply chain / planning / purchasing;
• Knowledge in Microsoft excel is a must;
• Well organized, responsible, hardworking, good patience;
• Strong analytical skills and a problem solver;
• Knowledge of watches and jewelries is an advantage but not necessary;
• Good command of English and Chinese; 
• Less experience or fresh graduate will be considered.
