Logistic Executive

Our client is one of leading buying company in the industry. They are looking for strong candidate to join their team expansion in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor the logistics operation and support Sourcing Team
• Develop and train vendors, third party service providers and internal associates on technical requirements to ensure accurate understanding of the company best practices and government requirements related to the direct importation of merchandise into Global markets.
• Establishes strong working relationships with Corporate division’s logistics groups to ensure mutual understanding and efficient management of vendor community.
• Utilize and develop reporting to analyze and identify problematic vendors and implements corrective action plans to correct noncompliant execution of the company logistics standards.

Requirements:

• University graduate with 3 years solid-experience in supporting vendor community on retail logistics and trade compliance.
• Understanding of buying office, international customs, logistics and trade with hands-on approach.
• Able to develop and build relationships with teams, vendors and third-party providers to achieve business goals.
