Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily operational activities including product development, cost negotiation and order tracking;
• Work closely with technical teams and factories to establish costing plans, follow-up sample approval status and ensure on-time production timeline and bulk quality standards;
• Liaise and communicate with overseas customers, factories and internal to ensure smooth production process;
• Assist in organizing buying/sourcing trip with customers;
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by manager

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in Merchandising or Textiles related discipline;
• At least 3 years' relevant experience in infants & kids wear / garment trading industry;
• Knowledge of European retail market is an advantage;
• Positive, well organized, attend to details and capable to work under pressure
• Proficiency in computer applications, MS Word & Excel and Chinese word processing (倉頡/速成)
• Occasional stay at PRC factory if necessary;
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for "Assistant Merchandiser"
