Responsibilities:

• Manage all incoming sales orders, quotations and administrative documents;
• Samples follow up and packing;
• Coordination with customers and factories for all order issues
• Data input for orders and products information
• Manipulate customers' web portals. Walmart's Retail Link is the most important one

Requirement:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in merchandising, toys industry experience is a must;
• Form 7 or above education;
• Experience in handling Walmart orders and familiar with Retail Link is a must
• Good command of written and spoken English, able to speak Mandarin;
• Proactive, good communication skills
