Role & Responsibilities:

• Assist in executing the buying and promotion plan to achieve Company sales target
• Provide support to the whole merchandising process from sample fitting, issuing orders, shipment monitoring and sales monitoring.
• Prepare reports to support sales, products and inventory monitoring
• Monitor stock level, merchandise allocation & sales performance
• Prepare trend and product training materials and deliver to frontline staff regularly 

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma holder in Fashion, Business Administration, Retail Operations or related discipline
• At least 3 years’ buying & merchandising experience, preferably in retail industry
• Good analytical mind and communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Chinese word processing
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
