Responsibilities:

• Handle Full Set of Accounts but mainly assist in Account Receivables function
• Monitor and collect receipts on timely basis
• Prepare sales journals, cash receipt journals, follow up and communicate with departments
  
• Prepare closing schedules and general journals
• Prepare Cash Flow report and bank reconciliation
• Assist in liaise with Bank and external auditors
• Undertake any other jobs and duties that may be assigned by the management from time to time

Requirements: 

• F.7 or above
• LCCI Higher Certificate or above
• 2 years working experience preferably in accounting field with technical accounting knowledge; candidates with less experience or fresh graduate would be considered as Assistant Accounting Officer
• Ability to handle full set of accounts
• SAP/MS Dynamics experience is preferable
• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin and with people at all levels
• Proficient in using SAP, NAV and MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Independent, willing to learn, good interpersonal and analytical skills
