Jobs Responsibilities

• Perform daily accounting operation of G/L, A/P, A/R and cash balances update
• Ensure timely processing of supplier invoices and T&E expenses claim
• Prepare vouchers, data entries, bank reconciliation etc.
• Arrange approval for invoices and payments
• Process payments and receipts
• Assist in preparing month end schedules and reports
• Participate on ad hoc project as required

Requirements

• High Diploma holder in Accounting or related discipline
• Min 5 years solid accounting experience, especially in apparel buying office/retail preferred
• Proficient in MS office, experience in using Flex system will be an advantage
• Mature, self-motivated and able to work independently
• Experience in the apparel buying office and/or retail business is preferred
• Self-motivated, detail-minded, well organized, hand-on and have a can-do attitude
• Mature team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediately available is preferred
