Job Responsibilities Including But Not Limited To:

• Issue debit/credit notes to customers and suppliers according to company’s policy
• Perform settlement received from customers
• Follow up and solve operational issues in relation to accounts receivable and debit note processes
• Follow up any discrepancies with customers
• Follow up with various departments on claims received from customers
• Perform ad hoc analysis 

Skills & Requirements:

• Higher Diploma / Diploma in Accounting or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years accounting experience in a sizable company with manufacturing and trading background preferred
• Good command of both written and spoken English & Mandarin
• High proficient in MS office and experience in using Epicor accounting system
• Self-motivated, independent, proactive, responsible and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Immediately available is preferred
