Job Description
Accounting Assistant (HK$16K-HK$18K; 5 Day; Property Developer)
Our client is a listed famous property developer in HK & China who is seeking a high caliber person to fill the Account Assistant position:
Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of account
- Conducts reconciliation (bank accounts, AP/AR)
- Prepare financial statement and monthly reports related to accounting
- Manage daily general accounting duties including input accounting entries, processing receipts and banking preparation
- Handle daily accounting operations including data entry, filing and record keeping
- Assist ad-hoc assignment as required
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma in Accounting or relevant discipline
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in accounting field, preferably from property developer
- Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Self-motivated, independent & able to work under pressure
- Proficiency in use of computerized accounting software, Excel, MS Words, Outlook and Chinese Word Processing
