Duties:

• Responsible for Bank & Accounts Payable transactions, data input and general clerical works for the accounting
• Handle staff expenses claim
• Ensure correct account coding of suppliers' invoices and appropriate cost center allocation
• Perform a variety of tasks working under general supervision
• Ad hoc assignments as required

 Requirements:

• 2yrs+ relevant experience in Accounting within the construction industry.
• LCC&I Higher, preferably diploma in Accounting
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines under pressure, problem solving and think analytically
• Demonstrate experience in Account Payable (Bills and staff reimbursements) is desirabel
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Strong PC skills in MS word, Excel and Chinese word processing
